DELIVERY
RUBEARTH offers free standard delivery for orders above 350€. Please note that free shipping will be applied to the order at checkout. For orders below 350€, the delivery prices are set out as follows:
Spain 10€ (2-4 business days)
Europe 20€ (2-5 business days)
International Express 30€ (3-6 business days)
Orders are dispatched within a day, and deliveries are made Monday to Friday 9am-6pm. Delivery times should be used as a guide, kindly note delivery may take longer depending on the delivery location, transit delays, or customs clearance. TAXES, DUTIES
Prices are expressed in Euros, inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties. Orders outside the EU are subject to all import duties and taxes, to be paid by the customer to local customs.
RETURNS
We gladly accept exchanges or refunds within 7 days from the receipt of your order. The returned items must be sent back in the original condition with all packaging and materials received with the order (bags, wrappings, tags etc.). Refunds will be processed within 7-14 days from the arrival date. Please note all return shipping and import fees are at the sole responsibility of the customer.
